Last day of Winter....

Well, it's the last day of winter and that means I'm about 2 months late in posting Bryce's "Winter ONEderland Party" pictures! I can't even believe it's taken me this long to publish!

Jessica planned the party beautifully and I helped with little things like the invitation and printables.  She did such a great job!  Here's a little tour of the party...

The guests were greeted by a cute little penguin, balloons, and a candy cane wrapped door. It really set the mood for the Winter ONEderland theme.

The entry way was decorated with red, white, and turquoise pom pons that became a perfect backdrop for photos with the birthday boy!

Bryce is certainly a ham in from of the camera!

Jessica set out decorations that fit the theme.

Bryce's footprint penguin is my favorite one. It's such a perfect keepsake from his 1st birthday party.

Next to the birthday boy's subway art, Jessica asked the guests to sign a book for Bryce. The messages are all so sweet and a fun way to remember everyone that celebrated with him that day.

The candy cane and paper straw wreaths were a fun wintery touch.

The birthday boy needed a special chair for digging into his smack cake, so I made a little banner for the tray.

The happy birthday banner was a fun way to add color and incorporate the theme into the decorations.

David and Jessica took monthly photos of Bryce during his first year and turned them into to an adorable decoration for the party.

"Melted Snowmen" water bottle wrappers were a perfect touch for a Winter ONEderland party in Phoenix!

The food was DELICIOUS! The kind of food that you willingly eat for days after the party.

Even the little ones had snacks or "fish food" as it was labeled.

The adults agreed that the best dessert was the hot chocolate bar! Jessica made a crockpot full of homemade hot chocolate, supplied every topping imaginable, and her mom, Donna, made chocolate dipped spoons for stirring.

The dessert table was so cute!

Bryce's igloo snack cake was adorable and he really seem to enjoy it!

The kids at the party enjoyed the cupcakes--- they loved the different penguin toppers!

Jessica also planned outside games for the kids. Owen loved the penguin piƱata!

The "Ice Fishing Game" was a favorite for the boys and Owen still talks about it.

Bryce got lots of fun gifts and his party guests left with a hot cocoa favor.

The party was a HUGE success and such a fun theme for a winter baby's 1st birthday!
